THE WEST WING
The West Wing of Parnham House is the first phase of the restoration project. This is an opportunity to be one of the first guests in the ultimate of stays. Featuring five elegantly appointed bedrooms, a grand dining space perfect for intimate gatherings, a tranquil library for moments of quiet reflection, and a hidden speakeasy in the cellar for late-night revelry, the West Wing offers a truly unique and luxurious stay.
Our team of butlers are there to look after your every whim, whilst our attentive team can arrange excursions and events in and around Parnham itself. Get lost in the woods on one of our nature trails, wild swimming or paddle boarding, take part in a forage and cookery course, private painting lessons on the lawn, or even an indulgent massage.
THE DOWER HOUSE
The old Gate House to Parnham Park, the Dower House is a three-bedroom cottage within the estate grounds. With its own private entrance and just a short wander from the main house and restaurant.
It’s a home where adventures begin, muddy boots gather by the door, and every corner hold stories and games.
The Dower is full of warmth, character, and old-fashioned charm. Staying here feels rather like arriving at your granny’s house in the countryside, comforting, familiar, and wonderfully welcoming, like being wrapped in a warm hug. Outside, there is a private heated pool, a garden and swing, with sweeping views of the surrounding parkland beyond. Inside, you’ll find cosy corners, crackling fires, soft blankets, well-loved books, and all the comforts.
Perfect for family gatherings, long weekends with friends, or for disappearing from the bustle of everyday life, the Dower House invites you to settle into the simple pleasures of the countryside. Collect fresh eggs from the chickens for breakfast, put the kettle on after blustery walks through the grounds, curl up by the fire with a good book, board games at the table, and mornings that begin slowly.
