Weddings at Parnham are centred around the Walled Garden. Enclosed by historic stone walls and filled with flowers, fruit and seasonal produce, it is a pretty private setting for gathering family and friends.
The Key to the Garden gives you exclusive use of the Walled Garden and restaurant for your celebration.
THE WALLED GARDEN
The garden is an established part of life at Parnham. Its planting changes with the seasons, and much of what grows here finds its way into our kitchen and bar.
For weddings and events, it becomes a space for guests to gather and enjoy the occasion, from the drinks reception through to the evening. Smaller celebrations can make use of the restaurant, while a marquee provides space for larger wedding breakfasts and dancing within the garden.
PRIVATE EVENTS
From intimate lunches to larger celebrations, Parnham offers a relaxed and enchanting setting for bringing people together.
Ceremonies by the lake
The lake offers an outdoor setting for your ceremony, surrounded by Parnham’s gardens.
Following vows, guests enjoy the formal lawns for canapés and drinks before moving to the walled garden.
FOOD & DRINK
All catering is provided by Parnham’s restaurant team. Our restaurant is recognised in the Michelin Guide, and the same approach to seasonal ingredients and thoughtful cooking runs through our wedding menus.
You will work with our head chef Robin, to create your menu.
The garden also influences our drinks. Homemade syrups, orchard fruit and freshly picked herbs feature in our cocktails and mocktails, alongside local spirits and wines selected to accompany your meal.
